THE PROBLEM

Many children in low-income communities experience significant learning gaps due to limited access to qualified teachers, inadequate resources, and weak educational support systems. Addressing these challenges requires innovative approaches that not only improve the delivery of education but also build the capacity of those who facilitate learning.

At the same time, there is a growing population of passionate young adults seeking meaningful career opportunities where they can make a difference. The Classroom Catalyst Initiative seeks to bridge these gaps by equipping young adults to serve as educators and facilitators of learning in underserved communities, ultimately improving student outcomes and strengthening the broader educational ecosystem.

VISION

To improve teaching and learning outcomes in low-income communities by enhancing educational capabilities and access.
